HIVON Vapor Phase Odor Neutralization:
The HIVON utilizes a safe blend of all-natural essential oils, called HISCENT, to neutralize odors that occur at the plant level. The HISCENT in the HIVON are vaporized and dispersed using a radial air distributor or piped network to cover the odor coming from digesters, sludge holding tanks, headworks, etc. depending on the location. The HIVON uses no water, fogs or mist that can create hazardous working conditions or damage local vegetation or equipment. This also allows for less maintenance compared to systems that require nozzle cleanings, oil changes, or high-pressure pumps to maintain. Each HIVON is fabricated from corrosion-resistant aluminum and includes a cast aluminum blower powered by a 2hp stainless steel wash-down/inverter duty motor that is VFD controlled for precise air flow and quiet operation. The HIVON is engineered to utilize high air volumes (1,000+cfm) and internal media contact time to effectively disburse the neutralizing agent across large areas. The HIVON comes with a 3-year warranty on all components of the system.
